Furnishly provides AI-powered product photography services for homeware companies. The Service includes:

• Photo upload and storage capabilities
• AI-generated product photography with customizable vibes and styles
• Organization and team management features
• Credit-based generation system

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Organizations and Teams

Users may create or join organizations. Organization owners have administrative rights and are responsible for:

• Managing team members and their access levels
• Ensuring team members comply with these Terms
• Payment for organization-level services and credits
• Content uploaded by team members

5. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New organizations receive 10 complimentary credits
• Each image generation consumes one credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through the platform
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire but remain tied to the organization

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Misrepresent generated images as unedited product photos
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Furnishly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated images created through the Service are owned by your organization. You have full commercial rights to use these images, subject to compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Service Content: All other content, including the Furnishly platform, AI models, and underlying technology, remains the property of PowerTech Digital Limited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PowerTech Digital Limited does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or realism of AI-generated content
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerTech Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PowerTech Digital Limited and Furnishly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Content you upload or generate through the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any action that harms the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
